At FaucetList.com we have tried to make our shipping prices and policies as fair as possible. This way you benefit from our competitive pricing, plus the convenience of delivery to right to your door.

Free Shipping

All orders $99.00 or more will qualify for FREE standard shipping in the lower 48 United States! Shipping on orders under $99.00 is just a flat rate of $10.45.

Standard shipping basically guarantees you will receive your order in 8 business days or less. On average, most orders arrive in between 2 and 5 days.

It takes 1-3 business days for us to process and ship an order. Often orders are shipped the same day they are placed but it depends on the item. Normal orders ship via UPS ground and time in transit will be between 1-5 business days depending on your location. We like to be conservative in our estimates so we can be absolutely sure you will receive your item by the date promised.

We have multiple warehouses located across the country and your order will be routed to ship from the closest location that has stock. Sometimes this means parts of your order will be sent from different locations. You will be emailed the tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. The tracking number information will tell you the exact day you can expect your order to arrive.

We try to be as REALISTIC as possible with our scheduling. We want to give you an estimate you can truly be confident about, not just some promise we can only fulfil a small percentage of the time.

Expedited Shipping

Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping and we can't accommodate all expedited shipping requests. However, depending on the exact situation we may be able to help with a rush shipment. Simply Contact Us before placing your order and we'll try to help you out! :) Make sure to include the product title and sku with your request so we can get you an answer as quickly as possible.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii

At this time not all items are eligible to ship outside the lower 48 states. For orders eligible to ship to Alaska or Hawaii standard shipping charges do not apply. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii Contact Us before ordering and we will let you know if we can help.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO, and US Territories

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses, or US Territories. We ship by UPS or LTL freight and require you to have a physical street address located in the 48 lower US States.

Shipping to Canada

At this time we do not offer shipping to Canada.

Cancellations and Changes

We CANNOT change the shipping address once the order has been placed, please ensure your shipping address is correct when you submit payment.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet shipped. Our warehouse works fast and orders are often already packed-up, shrink-wrapped on pallets, and loaded on UPS trailers before a tracking number is uploaded to you. In many cases becomes impossible to locate your box and stop the shipment. Once the order has been processed and is en route, it then becomes a return and must follow our Easy Return Policy.

Large Parcel AKA Freight or “LTL” Shipping Curbside Deliveries

Large, heavy, or oversized items such as large sinks, bathtubs, shower doors, bathroom vanities ship via trucking company. Products are palletized and loaded onto a large truck for shipment. Large items are delivered by scheduled appointment and a phone number is required for delivery.

For larger items please allow 2-3 business days for to process your shipment. Large items often need special packaging, shrink wrap, or crating so expedited shipping is not an option. Delivery usually takes between 3-6 business days from the time your items leave the warehouse. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted to make a delivery appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please contact us.

We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. We partner with several different carriers who specialize in the transportation and delivery of large parcel freight so you can be rest assured that your order will be handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse.

  • How Freight Shipping Works:
  • 1) You place your order! Thank you!
  • 2) You send us a phone number which the trucking company will use to arrange your delivery appointment.
  • 3) Your order gets picked up from our warehouse
  • 4) We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.
  • 5) A Large Parcel carrier carefully transports your order to a delivery professional in your area.
  • 6) Once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal the delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery date and set an appointment time window.
  • 7) Your item will arrive and be unloaded from the delivery truck to the curb outside your house. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.
  • 8) Prior to accepting your shipment please make sure to do a thorough inspection. Read most details below.
  • 9) After you see everything looks good, sign for your shipment and enjoy!

Shipping/Freight Damage

We have to put this stuff because of lawyers and whatnot but we are reasonable people and damage during shipment very rarely occurs. We try hard to be understanding and have a lot of experience. Most of the time there are no issues at all.

Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery BEFORE you sign the receipt and the driver leaves. Please open top of the box and inspect the item. If there is any damage, big or small, please note on the receipt before signing. You must make a damage claim WITHIN 48 HOURS. Any concealed damage must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS. We don't want to be jerks about it but we can't make our own insurance claims with the trucking company if you accept everything as fine but then later tell us something is damaged. In this situation everyone loses. We don't get the insurance and you don't have a usable fixture. Not good!

  • Things to look for when inspecting your shipment:
  • It arrived with no pallet
  • Shrink wrap is Torn
  • Any Dents on Box
  • Crack on Counter Top
  • Arrived with NO Straps
  • Wet or Dirty Box
  • Be as picky as possible and note all damages to box. This will benefit you in case of concealed damages inside the shipment

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt of delivery. If the trucking company shipment arrives looking completely damaged you should refuse the order and describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write out which items arrived damaged. If you accept the shipment and do not note any damage on the receipt, we may not be able to issue you a refund/replace your items so please please please take the time to look things over. You must check for both internal and external damage before you accept delivery. f you notice your product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading and contact us immediately to inform us of the problem.

All claims as to damage or missing parts must be made within 48 hours. If there is a problem, please let us know so we can help. Don't wait until the last minute - open ALL the boxes and make sure everything is looks good right away! If damage occurs during shipping we will absolutely honor our commitment and replace it. If you call 3 months later saying something was broken we just can't help. Too much happens on a job site to determine when the damage occurred. So please, just check it out when you get it so we can all be happy! :)

Note: *The Bill of Lading is a binding contract, by signing it without proper notations means that the shipment was received in good order and condition. Without proper notations the carrier will deny any claims filed which may jeopardize our ability to send you a replacement.

Returns and Cancellations not due to damage: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days at to request a return. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Water Saver Regulation Shipping Restrictions

Not all faucets are approved for use in every state. States and even some cities have water regulations that prevent us from shipping certain items to those locations. If you ignore the water regulations in your area you may fail inspections at your job site which could delay your project. It's wise to plan ahead and make sure the items you are ordering are approved in your city.

The strictest regions are California, Colorado, and the city of New York (5 boroughs). All of which require showers to flow at a rate of 2.0GPM or less. More states have pending legislation to change the standards as time goes on so make sure you understand the rules of your area.

Refusal of Shipment

If a customer refuses goods that were to be delivered to them without going through our return process to receive a Return Goods Authorization number, then the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges including original shipping fees. FaucetList.com will also charge a 20% handling fee to cover it's costs with additional processing of the order and treat the refused shipment as a general return with restocking fees.

The Fine Print

Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. Some items may not qualify for free shipping. The total shipping charges, if any, will be shown in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

Standard shipping means UPS ground or another common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipments sometimes need to be signed for, but can also be left at the driver’s discretion.

Sales tax is applied after sub-total for your order is calculated. Free shipping is determined based on the sub-total of the order before tax is added. To be eligible for free shipping, the items you order must add up to more than $99 before tax.

Packaging removal is not included with free shipping. No assembly service is included.
