How do I contact you?

Are all items you sell new and genuine?

Lately there have been lots of news stories about fake products being sold places like Amazon.

At FaucetList.com we ONLY stock 100% brand new, sealed in the box, totally genuine products. We do NOT sell any seconds or refurbished products. Everything we carry comes with the manufacturer's warranty in tact. We are NOT a liquidation company and we can verify the source of everything we carry. Shop with the piece of mind that if you order from FaucetList.com, you will get exactly what you paid for.

Is everything in stock?

On the item page you will see the quantity we have available. If the item is not in stock, it will say not available. Although we get lots of orders, we work hard to ensure our stock quantities are current and accurate. We have a near 100% fill rate so if you see an item as listed "in stock" you can definitely order with confidence!

What is your Return Policy?

We offer easy returns for up to 30 days from when you receive your item. If you need to return an item for any reason, contact us for an RGA (return goods authorization). We will send you instructions for sending your item back. View all the Easy Return Policy details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for any order over $99 is FREE! Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $10.45

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Although we process most orders very quickly we cannot always offer expedited shipping. It depends on what exactly you want to order. If you wish to try and expedite your order, Contact Us and we will try our best to help.

How long until my order ships?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days depending on the item. Some items ship the same day whereas others require some preparation and take a little longer. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How long until I receive my order?

Orders that ship via UPS standard ground take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive anywhere in the country. Add this to the 1-3 day handling time above and you can estimate when your order will arrive. We have several warehouses in different locations around the country and will ship your order from the closest location that has stock. 90% of our orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard orders ship via UPS ground. For large parcel freight shipments we use a variety of carriers. All items are shipped with tracking numbers.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. The tracking number will give you a delivery estimate and you will be able to track your shipment's progress.

I only received part of my order, where's the rest?

Sometimes different parts of your order must be sent from different warehouses. Due to the location of these warehouses, some parts of your order may arrive sooner than others. If your order arrives incomplete don't worry! It's very common for orders to have multiple shipments. Check your email for a message from us alerting you that there are more than 1 tracking number. If you still have questions, please simply contact us!

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We charge 9% Sales Tax in California.

Do you allow local pick-up?

We are an online retailer only. Our items are stocked in offsite fulfilment warehouses. Therefore at this time we do not offer local pick-up. Take advantage of our free shipping and easy returns and place your order on our secure site today!

Is your website safe?

Every online order you place at FaucetList is 100% safe. We have a completely secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) checkout process and do not store any of your payment information. FaucetList.com features sitewide https encryption to make sure you are protected while shopping with us.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us to request a cancellation but normally once an order is placed we are unable to stop its shipment. We will try our best but our warehouse works fast and orders are often already packed-up, shrink-wrapped on pallets, and loaded on UPS trailers before a tracking number is uploaded to you. In many cases becomes impossible to locate your box and stop the shipment. Once the order is en route, it then becomes a return and must follow our Easy Return Policy.

How do I use a coupon code?

A coupon code can be entered on the checkout page. First add the item you wish to purchase to your cart. View your shopping cart and click proceed to checkout. On the checkout page you will be able enter your coupon code in the discount field. After you type the code, click the "Apply" button and your savings will be displayed immediately. Do you ship to Canada or other international locations?

Sorry but we only ship to locations within the United States. We do not offer shipping to Canada or any other country at this time.
