United StatesSo far the mechanics work well and I am completely satisfied. The white markings for the H and C are ridiculous. They don’t stay at all and crushed like aspirins when I tried to push hard on them

If there is something wrong with the Hot and Cold buttons, it may be covered under the warranty. You might want to contact them to see if they can help.
