The long and short of it: This Modern Floor Mounted Freestanding Tub Filler Faucet with Handheld Sprayer is completely ready to install. This fixture will work great with a Freestanding Pedestal or Clawfoot Tub. The high tub spout allows you to get up and over the edge of a taller above ground tub. This item features a Hand Held Spray for added convenience. It has a Single Handle to Control the hot and cold water that comes out the Tub Spout or Hand Spray, allowing you to adjust the temperature of the water. As you begin to rotate the handle, the water quickly reaches its maximum flow rate. Continuing to rotate the handle increases the water temperature. This stylish Tub Faucet is designed to rapidly fill a Tub so you can get to soaking sooner. It puts out 12 gallons of water per minute, enough to quickly fill even the largest Tub. This fixture comes complete with the required Rough-in Valve which installs in the bathroom floor near the Tub.
PLEASE NOTE: You must install the included rough-in valve to use this fixture. This item is intended for use in new construction and full bathroom renovations where you plan to change the valve in the floor. It WILL NOT be suitable for most retrofit projects!
