Nick Kuzmin has been working with or around plumbing products for over 25 years. He decided that rather than just sharing information with customers who called or emailed, he would develop a buying guide for FaucetList.com to share information with everyone. This buying guide is viewed by tens of thousands of people per month. Through knowledge gained by talking to customers daily, Nick wrote buying guides designed to answer common questions about faucets or showers. Building trust by sharing this information publically and helping customers make their dream bathroom a reality was a huge motivating factor for Nick.
In particular, Shower Systems were often a source of confusion for shoppers. Nick spent many years helping customers create their perfect shower system via phone and email. A fully functional shower system can sometimes have between 10-20 components - i.e., it's not a simple thing to shop for or order! Over time Nick learned just about everything there was to know about how shower system plumbing works and how the component pieces fit together.
